Constantly educating myself on the industry changes is one way I am able to keep current on this ever changing business. I currently hold my ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) & GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). I am ready to complete my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), this designation is held by less than 10% of agents nationwide. I have also taken At Home with Diversity traning to assist with the many cultural differences that we have in our country. I am working on International sales training and E-Pro for this current market of electronic real estate. I have taken classes on selling HUD homes and working with short sales and REO's for investors. I take pride in my business and the opportunity to educate myself so I can meet the needs of all of my clients.

I am a member of WAAR; Wichita Area Association of Realtors, KAR; Kansas Association of Realtors, & NAR; National Asscociation of Realtors. There is a difference between a sales agent and a Realtor. I am knowledgeable in Residentail Resale, New Home Construction, Relocation, Investment Properties, Vacation and Luxury Home Sales. and Suburban Properties, Land and Commercial. My true passion has been helping first time home buyers get educated on the process of home ownership.

Personal:

I was born in South Bend, Indiana and relocated to Kansas in 1980 when my late husband transfered with Boeing as an aerospace engineer. That experience helped me to understand first hand the needs and difficulties facing families in the relocation process.

I am married to Joseph and between us we have 6 children, 6 grandchildren, 2 children I support through Compassion International, and 2 horses named Blaze & Lightening! Family time is important to me. I love trips to the Sedgwick County Zoo with the grankids (a must see place if you are new to the area). It is considered one of the top zoos in the country, don't miss it! I also love reading, traveling, gardening and excercise.

I have traveled to Ireland where I fell in love with the people and the country! My mothers' family lives in the Belfast area and I consider it my second home! We also traveled to the Czech Republic, my husbands home. It is a country filled with history and beautifull places to see! Traveling the many unique spots in the United States is always a thrill. Our country is truely unique!

My Christian faith is an important part of who I am as an individual and a believer.I think it plays an important role in the respect I have for Gods people and the way I treat them.
